Yes, Today is my day for this wonderful blog hop and before you get a look and my creation, I would like to give my thanks to Mdm Samm for always creating such fun blog hops, Marlene for hosting and cheering us on this event, and Amy Bradley for providing our pattern to work off of and creating our own.
Now, I have been having some sewing machine problems. My faithful sewing machine broke down on me, so I have been using one of my girl friend’s , which has no drop down feed dogs and limited stitching, and OMG, I had to thread the need myself. Lord what did we do without these wonderful amities before the age of computerization. Anyway I struggled through, did need all the fancy stuff anyway, but I did miss it.
So Here I am, It says “I’m a little Slow”. I had to bling her out, and to tell you the truth, my boobs are that big and a bit on the saggy side of touching my knees when the bra is off. She is now my new shoulder bag. Roomy enough to carry those things, like my kindle, keys and wallet with out having to carry a big bag around with me when I run out on short trips.
I took her to the office retreat with me after stopping by the doctors office to check out my knee. Everyone loved her.
After I got home, Tom took be to Hancock Fabrics, which is going out of business in Forestville, MD so I could pick out a new sewing machine for my birthday, YAH!! Told you I was going to get a machine for my birthday, It has all the bells and whistles that I need at this time.
I am ready to set up and sew. Need to get my other hop projects done. Oh, here are pictures of the back and inside of the bag. The bag has a pocket in the back that is as flat as my backside and pockets in the inside to hold my keys and cell phone another things I carry.
So that is all folks, please make sure you check out the other hoppers today.

ReplyDeleteMaybe we need to have a pillow case challenge so that we ladies who have saggers will have new bras at the end. And I have had a reduction and a 1/2. A 1/2 because I had breast cancer and was very lopsided after the radiation. I know - too much info. At least I still have TWO!
Even with the slow that you claim, you finish much more than I do. I want you to know that you are awesome, you have awesome projects and are an inspiration to many. Thank you for participating.
