Since I don’t have much to say about my quilting, I thought I would share this story with you.
After one of my Wee Bee Quilters meeting, a couple of months ago, some of the girls was out in the parking lot of the recreation center were we meet talking. I had put my things in the van and open up the side door for Pat to put her things in, we both left the doors open. During our talk out in the parking lot we saw this dog that look like she just drop her pups and did not pay any more attention to it. As Gwen pulled off, it just left Loretta, Carolyn, Pat and I still talking. As I went to get into the van and open up the door, there was the dog sitting in the drivers sit. Well you could image what I was thinking. We tried to get the dog out, but she just would not budge, we had no food to offer (we ate it all) all I had was cake. A young man pulled up with his kids and we asked for his help. He pushed the dog out with an umbrella, but the dog jumped back into the car. He finally found a belt and put it around the dog’s neck and cost her out of the car. We jumped into the van and took off. We did pay the young man for his help. So the moral of this story is to keep your car doors close when talking in the parking lot.
Dog sitting in the car. Do you think she can drive? At least the sit was warm when I got in.
