What Do They Put In That Stuff

I like to thank all of you for the prays and well wishes for my knee surgery.  All is well and taken it easy these next couple of days.  Walking from the bed to the bathroom and watching my bodyguards Ms. Jay and Louie at the foot of the bed.

I must say that I forgot to take my camera out of my bag, put for they put my stuff up before the surgery and did not get a picture of the Doctors and Nurses that were so kind and thoughtful during this time.  By the time I thought about taken pictures, I was just about ready to go in, I forgot I could take pictures with my kindle fire, put did get a picture of my knee.

To make sure they were doing the right knee, they marked it.  If you have never had to be but to sleep, it just a wonder.  Whatever they put in that stuff that put you to sleep, you wake up and wonder, Have the done the surgery already.  Tom must have been in the room when they brought me back because I found this picture below in the kindle.

O.K. not a pretty site, I just like to share. And that is my Doctor’s initials on my leg. (MER)

  2. I'm glad the surgery went well, take it easy on that knee! Is that your sewing leg? I'm right-handed, I drive with my right foot, but for some crazy reason I have to sew with my left foot - go figure! Now you can catch up on the blogs and do lots of fabric shopping in your pajamas!
